Your custom plate is made just for you, so we take a little time to get it perfect. Production typically takes 2–3 business days from the time your design is approved.

Once your plate is ready, it ships via USPS and usually arrives within 3–10 business days, depending on your location.

Overall, you can expect your custom plate to arrive in about 5–13 business days from approval to delivery.

Because each plate is custom made to order, we’re unable to offer refunds. However, we’ve got you covered with a replacement if your item is damaged during shipping.

If this happens, please:

• Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged plate
• Email the photos to us along with your order details

Once we receive your images, we’ll review the damage and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Once your design is complete, you can:

• Preview your design with zoom
• Save it for later or reorder anytime
• Export your design in high-quality formats like SVG or JPG (CMYK with ICC profile)

We totally understand that sometimes you need your order fast. Because we’re a design + print-on-demand company, every item is made to order and goes through a production queue. This typically takes 2–3 business days before shipping.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Orders that have already entered production

This is standard practice for custom-printed items, as they cannot be resold .

Order Changes & Cancellations

Damaged or Defective Items
